BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE...• to stay in contact with me via email as I complete your commission, providing feedback and further information as needed.• to accept my art style as is consistent with the art pieces displayed in my portfolio.• that you will pay the complete amount before I begin work on the commission, and that returns and refunds of your payment will not be possible once you have paid.• that you may request one major change to the commission during the work-in-progress stage, free of charge, and three small changes for free during the work-in-progress stage or once the commission is completed. You agree that after this, the commission is completed and will not be changed again.• that you may freely use the commission you receive in a non-commercial context, and may not resell or otherwise use the commission for commerical use or monetary gain.• that I will own the copyright to your commission, and may use it within my portfolio on this website or others, unless you specifically request otherwise (additional charge would apply).• that if I am unable to complete your commission for whatever unforeseen reason, I will notify you and immediately return the full price of your commission to you.Please read and agree to all of these terms before commissioning me.
